On my way home from Michael Neill’s Coaching Mastery Workshop in New York City, I spent a few days in Colorado visiting family. It had been too long since I’d seen my brother Bill, his wife Diane and their three great kids: Jaclyn, Jillian and Joe. Conveniently my trip was in between snow storms.
One afternoon, we took advantage of the beautiful blue sky, bundled up and went sledding. It seemed like each of us ended up the same way at the end of each run — wiped out in a snow bank, laughing our heads off.
