Beliefs are incredibly powerful. They a substantial part of the blueprint for how you live your life. But they become problems when you have deep beliefs that aren’t supportive, that you might not even be aware of having.
During the class I share ways to uncover those unhelpful beliefs and how to shift them so they support you. Margaret gets coached on some sticky beliefs that are preventing her from finishing a big (and overdue) project. While Maryann gets some quick coaching on changing the belief that nobody really wants her stuff.
