I guess this is how you get back to normal, when your world turns upside down (more on what changed). You just start showing up. You explore this new place. See what begins to feel like the new normal. You experiment. Move slowly. Be gentle with yourself and the world around you.
At least that’s what I’m trying.
I’m also reminding myself of the Ten Things I Want for You (and For Me), and how Sometimes Things Don’t Work Out the Way You Want Them To, And It’s Even Better.
Spending time with others. Spending time alone.
Creating a new routine, because the old one doesn’t fit anymore.
Noticing, and knowing when to be really present, and when to take a step back.
It seems it’s all about opposites, about continuums. About learning what’s right, right now, for me. And for now, that’s enough.
